Aluminium Sliding Door Wilmslow

As part of a series of modernisations to their family home, our clients were making some structural alterations to convert two existing smaller rooms into one large open plan room. They were keen to create a large opening to maximise on the views of the garden, so we designed and installed a large triple panel Knight Line sliding door. This door features an extremely slim mullion between panels which allows maximum natural light to flow in, as well as virtually uninterrupted views out, ideal for watching children playing whilst preparing meals and enjoying the garden vista.

Another stunning feature of this project is the flush floor between the internal and external spaces. When surveying the project our surveyors had to take this into consideration when calculating the final size of the door to ensure that the two blend effortlessly together and the results are superb. The flow between indoor and out is completely seamless and it makes the overall space feel much larger.

At the same time, we also supplied replacement windows for the rear elevation of the home. Alu-clad timber windows in a matching RAL colour were supplied and fitted to achieve a matching look to the rear of the home, pulling the whole scheme together for a perfectly cohesive result.
