Our client purchased this property in a prestigious area in Liverpool with plans to completely renovate the property to bring it into the 21st century. One of the key features of the re-development of the property was the entrance hall, choosing to create a vaulted space to give a grand feel to this already impressive property. Our client wanted to add lots of natural light into there new double height space to open it up even more, creating the ultimate entrance. A decision was made to go with aluminium curtain walling which offers slim sight-lines and large expanses of glass thanks to the nature of aluminium. UPVC flush sash windows were supplied in a matching RAL 7016 grey and white internally giving a fresh modern look. The grey windows and curtain walling contrast perfectly against the cream render and stone cills. The entrance door is a solid hardwood door with brushed stainless steel hardware and multi-point locking.

To the rear of the property the central hallway has an aluminium curtain walling system to match the front entrance. A set of aluminium Centor bifold doors have been supplied to make the most of the indoor / outdoor dining area. A composite door with matching sidelight allows access to the garden from the utility room.
