John Knight Glass were appointed by a local Heswall builder to design, supply, and install a complete glazing solution for this brand new property. The client wanted to achieve a modern look using a dark grey colour palette to contrast well with the cream render applied to the external walls of the property. We were tasked with achieving an U value of 1.3 throughout the property which was achieved using thermally broken aluminium frames and triple glazing.

The glazing installation throughout this property is one of the major features of this new build as the client wanted lots of glass in order to flood the property with natural light and to create a feeling of space.

The front of the property has been installed with a large curtain walling window system, creating an extremely grand entrance with huge amounts of natural light. Both the master bedroom and front living room were installed with floor to ceiling glazing. The master bedroom features Centor Bi-fold doors with a glass balustrade, enabling the home owner to completely open up the system and enjoy the unobstructed view.

Another great feature of this property is the open plan living space to the back of the home which has been installed with 3 sets of Centor doors and an all glass roof lantern. All doors have been installed with a flush floor threshold helping to achieve the seamless indoor / outdoor flow and make the most of this space for everyday living and entertaining.
