Our client wanted a full face lift across their entire house to refresh the overall aesthetics and improve the energy efficiency of the home. We supplied and installed brand new white UPVC windows and doors from the Deceuninck range throughout the house, achieving a much higher U value than the original windows and providing a big improvement to the energy efficiency of our client's home. Above the garage and in the centre of the front elevation of the house are two feature arched windows, offering a unique look to the property.
For the front and side door replacements, composite doors were chosen and supplied in a matching green colour, adding an attractive and eye catching feature to the house. Composite doors are an ideal replacement door due to their enhanced security over traditional doors, along with their excellent thermal and sound insulating properties. All doors were supplied with chrome hardware giving a durable and stylish finish.
The main entrance door also features lead lighting to the glass to add a stylish touch to the design as well as large side lights allowing lots of light into the property.
To the rear of the home we supplied a number of standard casement windows as well as several full height windows giving a great view of the garden. All windows have been supplied in a white finish to match the existing plastic products on the building.
Throughout the design and installation process, special consideration has been given to the energy efficiency of all products, ensuring the latest technology in double glazing, composite doors and UPVC window frames have been used in order to future proof our client's home and above all, reduce energy bills making their home a more comfortable place to be.
