Crittall Screens, Alderley Edge

As Part of a larger glazing installation we supplied and fitted a range of internal Crittall screens and doors as part of a series of updates to a stunning property in Alderley Edge. The two large Crittall screens add a distinctive industrial edge to the contemporary style of this homes interior design. 

Creating separation between living spaces whilst still maintaining an open plan feel within the home the Crittall screens are a great addition. The large glass screens perfectly separate the dining and living room whilst still maintaining a visual connection between the rooms. This is a perfect solution to creating an open plan space which is not completely open. One of the main benefits is the reduction in noise between spaces, if you are planning to entertain friends in the dining room however have other family members making use of the living areas a Crittall screen with give you that noise barrier without completely closing in the space. Likewise if you have children seperating your living spaces with Crittall screens is a great way solution to being in a different space to your children whilst still being able to keep an eye on them.

Another standout feature on this property is the bespoke one of a kind Crittall mirror. This is a real Crittall frame with mirror glass The Crittall mirror looks great next to the other Crittall doors within the home and has the added benefit of mirrored glass making the space feel bigger and a real unique design feature.

We also installed a single Crittall door in place of an existing access door which really opens up the space thanks to large area of glass within the door. As with the larger Crittall screens this door really adds to the wow factor of this home.
