Knight Collection Timber Alternative Windows and Doors Barnston

Relocate or renovate? the property owners opted for the latter after much careful consideration. 

As part of a full property renovation, all windows and doors were replaced. Collaborating with our design team, they chose the Knight Collection Timber alternative Windows and Doors in an elegant Agate Grey shade. These windows seamlessly complement the white render of the house, adding a refined touch without being overly conspicuous

To the front of the house, we have installed windows and an entrance door from our Flush Timber Alternative window and door range. The entrance door features a 7-panel door, with 5 panels made of glass. Further to this top and side lights were installed to enhance the amount of light that can flow into the hallway giving a a bright and welcoming space. With traditional high-quality hardware, the entrance adds character and curb appeal to the home. Feature sandblasted glazing with a border is a great way to add style and privacy to your new front door.

Furthermore, the garage transformation extended its functionality into a comfortable living space. Featuring Dutemann Bi-Fold doors, this area opens gracefully onto the garden, creating an ideal setting for enjoyable summer evenings. We also installed a timber-look door and flush window to the garage giving access and light to the utility side of the space.

Externally the whole house has been completely re-rendered, and a new roof installed which combined with the new windows and doors has given the property a new lease of life both visually as well as enhancing its overall condition ensuring the homeowner's investment in the property is protected for many years to come. The home also feels more comfortable and will have reduced heating bills thanks to the thermal performance of the new windows.
