Residential Development Cheshire

We worked with residential contractor Short Construction to supply and install a complete glazing scheme across three new-build properties in Warrington, Cheshire. Throughout each property, we supplied a range of UPVC and aluminium products in black with chrome detailing, achieving a cost-effective solution that was perfect for the development and suited the overall design aesthetic perfectly.

To the front of the property, we installed a large picture window, a standard single-opening window and a contemporary panelled entrance door with an oversized bar handle; although being manufactured by different suppliers, the products had a seamless look thanks to the consistent RAL colour code. Black details such as the guttering, fascia boards and cladding help to further establish the colour scheme of the design, tying the glazing into the building scheme. 

To the rear of the development, each property has a triple-panel sliding door, which allows homeowners fantastic access and views of the outdoor space and maximises light to the open-plan living area downstairs. All three properties feature three floors, with two windows on the first floor's rear façade and a large sliding window or door on the top floor.

The finished project is a contemporary development that blends well with the more traditional properties on the estate thanks to the rich brickwork. Internally the homes are bright and modern will a large open plan living space and three floors. The glazing design has given the perfect mix of design, performance and cost making it the perfect package for the developer.
