Sash Windows West Kirby

Sometimes the area is a must! Without doubt one of the most popular areas within Wirral right now is West Kirby. Having looked around at all the houses for sale in West Kirby our clients could not find exactly what they wanted, so they decided to create it.

They purchased an extremely run-down Victorian end terrace property in the heart of West Kirby and set about to completely overhaul the property inside and out. We worked with the homeowners to design and install a complete scheme of windows and doors throughout the property.

With a love for Victorian property it was clear that timber sash windows where a must, looking to replace the original windows with like for like although with all the benefits that modern windows offer such as double glazing and advanced paint technology. We also supplied a painted timber entrance door with top light and chrome hardware which really pops against the brickwork and really adds curb appeal to the entrance of this home.

At the top of the property the original loft rooms where all extended with new dorma’s. We supplied white UPVC windows with external beading to give the appearance of timber here also, this worked really well and also helped to balance the budget against the more expensive timber sash windows installed throughout the rest of the home.

At the rear of the property the couple created their dream living space with the use of some steel beams and a small extension they created a huge open plan living area. To complete this area, we installed a large Crittall screen and flat roof light giving the rear of the property a contemporary look.
