After deciding to replace their existing kitchen the homeowners decided that they wanted to replace the windows and doors within the same space as they where made of timber and had started to degrade.

Having looked around for inspiration they found an image online of a space which was similar and featured the steel look windows and doors. This led them to search locally for this style of window and found John Knight Glass through one of our manufacturers and also a recommendation.

We worked with the homeowner to design new windows and doors, replacing the existing timber items with aluminium which is an ideal low maintenance replacement ideal for those with busy family lives.

The aluminium is polyester powder coated which ensures the frames and finish are extremely hard wearing and wont surfer from the problems experienced with the timber windows. With a thermally broken frame and modern double glazing the windows and doors give enhanced energy efficiency.

The homeowners are thrilled with the result and have noticed the space feels warmer since being upgraded. The black frame contrasts perfectly against the new kitchen to add an industrial edge to the space.
