Timber Door Wirral
As part of a scheme of updates and modernisations to this large family home in Wirral, we have supplied and installed a modern oak entrance door with sidelight. The door was finished in a lacquered oak allowing the natural oak to give a warm contrast to the polar white K-rend render.
We have customised the door with a full height stainless steel handle and sandblasted the glass within the sidelight, leaving the number etched into the glass. These features along with the design of the door slab take a traditional material and bring it right into the 21st century.
Being manufactured from timber the heavy weight of the door has an instant feel of quality when opened and closed which adds a sense of grandeur to the entrance of this home. The sandblasted sidelight adds a sense of privacy without blocking out all of the light allowing some light to enter into the hallway via the front door.
All of our timber doors are finished in a multistep paint of stain process from Teknos which guarantees long lasting protection to help prevent weather damage to your new door.
