Looking for a sliding door with a 24mm or thinner central mullion our clients reached out to us after speaking to a number of other glazing companies. Having had no luck in finding a supplier of this type of product not only where we able to supply the door but we also have one on display in our showroom.
With plans to enhance the outdoor space in the future, the homeowners wanted to make the most of the view to outside. With bifold doors on their conservatory they knew that they didn’t want bulky vertical bars interrupting their view to outside and decided on a modern slider after some internet research.
After a visit to our Showroom the homeowners decided on our Knight Line Sliding doors and we worked with the homeowner to ensure the door was installed inline with the other works scheduled.
The finished result is a fantastic large open plan living area, with kitchen, dining and living all in the same space. With brand new kitchen, fittings and finishes throughout the space it feels like a brand new home and the sliding door really delivers bringing in maximum light and achieving a virtually uninterrupted view through a large glass opening.
Conclusion
The aluminium door has made a large impact on the new space, with such a slim frame and mullion this is the best option for maximising on light flow whilst still being able to open the door. The dual sliding door gives maximum functionality enabling the homeowner to enter the home through either side of the door. The homeowner was delighted with the finished result having delivered exactly what he was looking for in the beginning of the project planning.
