Alu-clad windows Anglesey

Undergoing a complete renovation including a series of extensions and full refurbishment of the original property, we worked with the homeowner to design and supply a complete scheme of windows, doors and roof lights as part of the overall renovation of this property.

Due to the nature of this property being near the coast and in a very exposed position we supplied Rational alu-clad windows and doors which are known to be extremely wind and water resistant.

The property occupies a fantastic position within the landscape something which has been well considered by the architect. With vies over the coast and reaching as far as the Snowdonia mountains several viewpoints have been created within the design to make the most of the fantastic views.

At one end of the property a balcony area has been created, here we supplied a set of aluminium bifolds and apex window, We also installed an aluminium pitched roof light in the centre of the building which sits above a large window. To the centre of the original building, we supplied a set of bifolds which led on to another balcony.

To the rear of the property a flat roof extension has been added, we supplied dual sliding doors with a corner post which can be opened on both sides to create a large opening.

A further large balcony was also created to the far side of the property which gives another aspect to the views from the front of the property, here we installed an aluminium bi-folding door with pitched top light.
